Em regime do amor

Os avanços na sociedade têm sido tantos e surgem de forma tão drástica que, nos dias de hoje, pensar no passado faz-nos sentir nostálgicos, com saudade e todas as oportunidades de poder viajar ao passado através de recordações, servem para nos lembrar daquilo que fomos, que tínhamos e que já vivemos.

Durante os anos 90 foi quando começaram a surgir várias evoluções e alterações no sistema nacional ao nível do serviço militar, como por exemplo a possibilidade de uma mulher poder ingressar no exército, o que viria a revolucionar o pensamento da época de que a tropa não era para mulheres. Já os homens, desde sempre foi obrigatório o seu ingresso no serviço militar no ano em que completassem os seus vinte anos de idade. Hoje em dia, o número de candidatos é cada vez mais baixo, o que deixa todos aqueles que um dia já fizeram parte dessa vida, a pensar e a recordar os bons momentos que passaram nos quarteis militares, as grandes amizades e amores que desenvolveram e levaram para as suas vidas e, de certa forma, fá-los sentir que as gerações de hoje em dia poderão estar a perder esta vivência única e especial que os marcou.

Este é um projeto onde se retrata a vida de duas pessoas que serviram ao Estado entre 1995 e 2005, dando a conhecer os vários momentos que se passam nas suas vidas militares enquanto não estão em missão, nomeadamente a evolução da sua incomum relação enquanto um casal, tendo em conta todas as circunstâncias que estão envoltas no facto de se viver num quartel militar.

Toda esta história de amor, resumida neste pequeno álbum de recordações, onde todos os momentos passados por eles, poderão ficar imortalizados para toda a eternidade.

The advances in society have been so many and they appear so drastically that nowadays thinking about the past makes us feel nostalgic, homesick and all the opportunities to be able to travel to the past through memories serve to remind us of what we were, that we had and that we already live.

During the 1990s several evolutions and changes in the national system began to appear at the level of military service such as the possibility of a woman being able to join the army which would revolutionize the thinking at the time that the troops were not for women. Men, on the other hand, have always been obliged to enter the military service in the year they turn twenty years old. Nowadays, the number of candidates is increasingly low, which leaves all those who once were part of that life, thinking and remembering the good times they spent in military barracks, the great friendships and loves they developed and have taken them into their lives and, in a way, makes them feel that today's generations may be missing out on this unique and special experience that marked them.

This is a project that portrays the lives of two people who served the State between 1995 and 2005, making known the various moments that go on in their military lives while they are not on mission, namely the evolution of their unusual relationship as a couple , taking into account all the circumstances involved in living in a military barracks.

This whole love story, summed up in this small album of memories, where all the moments spent by them, can be immortalized for all eternity.

NOTA DE AUTORA

" Sendo os meus pais de duas zonas completamente diferentes, mãe de Chaves e pai da Guarda, toda a sua história sempre me cativou e interessou, tendo em conta a distância que havia entre ambos e que mesmo assim conseguiram ficar juntos e graças ao ingresso no serviço militar por parte de ambos.

Quando completou os seus vinte anos de idade, o meu pai foi chamado a fazer a sua inspeção militar e após ter sido admitido começou a sua viagem neste mundo militar no Regimento de Infantaria em Viseu e no mesmo ano, para conseguir adquirir a sua promoção de divisa, fez transferência para o Regimento de Transmissões em Lisboa onde ficou até ao ano de 1998.

Já a minha mãe, voluntariou-se ao serviço militar, já que era uma forma de conseguir a sua independência e então, no ano de 1996, fez as malas e partiu de Chaves para o Porto e passou a fazer parte do exército na Escola Prática de Transmissões do Porto.

Ambos se conheceram através de uma amiga da minha mãe que optou por continuar o seu serviço militar em outro estabelecimento, no Regimento de Transmissões em Lisboa onde conheceu o meu pai e acabou pôr-lhe dar a conhecer uma fotografia da minha mãe e foi assim que começou toda a sua história enquanto casal.

Este pequeno álbum é uma capsula do tempo daquela época em que eles foram tão felizes e do qual se orgulham e recordam todos os dias. Um álbum de recordações cheio de pequenos fragmentos das suas vidas e que me permitem "viver" um pouco dos momentos vividos por eles, dando-me a oportunidade de conhecer melhor a história de vida dos meus pais e que acaba por ser também parte da minha história."

" Being my parents from two completely different areas, mother of Chaves and father of Guarda, their entire history has always captivated and interested me, taking into account the distance that existed between them and that even so they managed to be together and thanks to the entry into the service military on the part of both.

When he was twenty years old, my father was called to do his military inspection and after being admitted he started his journey in this military world in the Regimento de Infantaria in Viseu and in the same year, to be able to acquire his promotion of currency, transferred to the Regimento de Transmissões in Lisbon, where he stayed until 1998.

My mother, on the other hand, volunteered for military service, since it was a way to achieve her independence and then, in 1996, she packed her bags and left Chaves for Porto and became part of the army at Escola Prática de Transmissões of Porto.

Both met through a friend of my mother who chose to continue her military service in another establishment, in the Regimento de Transmissões in Lisbon where she met my father and ended up showing him a picture of my mother and that's how started their whole story as a couple.

This little album is a capsule of the time from that time when they were so happy and that they are proud and remember every day. An album of memories full of small fragments of their lives that allow me to "live" a little of the moments lived by them, giving me the opportunity to get to know my parents' life story better and that also ends up being part of my life. history."
